This is the official list, for now, of who is in the league. A couple spots may change with late drops. the new people will be slotted where they fit (based on tier descriptions). Everything will be like normal.....

The tiers listed are the current tier that you are in. All the members of a specific tier will be thrown into a hat and drawn to randomize the order of picks within that tier

If you wish to move up, it will be $25 for each tier that you wish to move up. This is non-refundable and doesn't ensure you from being removed from the league. Those that want to donate need to contact philly ASAP to get him the money via paypal

I will draw names to create the official order next week or so once we sort out donations
