None of the portals are updating, or even populating, on the front page of the league site. Standings, stats, players of the week, etc all blank. Any ideas?

We do not monitor the forum on a daily basis, we have a support area where we try to respond to issues as soon as we can

Its been two weeks since I posted.... and I posted in the Support area.

If there is something different I should do, like submit a ticket or some sort, please advise me on how to do so.

Well, your support forums aren't for support? and your ticket system is broken.. so how exactly does someone get support around here... I've submitted an image showing the error I get when submitting a ticket on your facebook page under the name Nicholson James Barkley.

Well that is fantastic.. However, for whatever reason, I have been unable to submit a ticket... I have posted a picture on your facebook site of the error it has given me.. I did so a couple days ago, but have received no response since then...

All that aside.. It is obvious that the standard support system isn't working in this particular case, and as the administrator of this site, perhaps you could simply bypass that in this instance, and just go ahead and help us out. If you visit our DL site, it will be very obvious as to what the issue is. All of this back and forth just seems like stalling to me.. Our league site has an issue populating stats and other information on the homepage. You know that, as we have said it several times. A support ticket isn't going to change anything at this point. If you would please just help us fix the problem, that would be great.
