Blues are looking for a franchise elite pocket passer like Reyes, who they believe they are only a few in the league with almost maxed out (99 short pass, 99 medium pass,  90 deep pass) ratings, with 85 PA and 80 Throw on the run rating.
They are willing to part with Donald and McDonald, in exchange for competent replacements.
Blues also believe the potential departure of Donald and McDonald can be overcome with good defensive play as a whole unit.

Steelers are looking for D line, and competent replacement for Reyes.
