This is NotSoInvincible, your Free Agency commissioner.   Please review my proposal for the Free Agency Draft, which will begin on Saturday, March 21.

I have allowed pre-selection to speed up the process.  As players have been pre-selected, the Dolphins are “on-the-clock” at 9 a.m. EST.

Order:
1st Round is determined exclusively by Team Record from Season 1, sorted by lowest to highest.  The team with the worst record will pick first, followed by the remaining teams in said order.

2nd Round is set by User Record and History.  The selection order is based upon winning percentage since joining the league, lowest to highest.  This avoids the consequence (better or worse) of team switching from Season 1.  A .500 record will be used in place of any user who has not played a game.

History only affects owners are under any rule violation from Offseason 1 to current.  If you meet said requirement, you forfeit a pick in this round.

Rules:
1) Beginning Tuesday, 3/17 at 12:01 a.m. EST, Free Agents are not to be claimed.
a. If your roster is under the minimum of 47 players, you must message me for an exception.
b. For exceptions only, players must be a 72 OVR or below per DaddyLeagues.  If multiple positions are needed, 1 rookie must be selected.
c. Approved exceptions (pickups) are to posted using the format from Dukefanblue2005.

2) On draft day, each owner has precisely 1 hour to make his/her selection.  When your time has elapsed, a selection will be made automatically and we will advance to the next pick.
a. Brian Hoyer is OFF LIMITS.  I will get to this later (or you can cheat and skip to that part).
b. Your order of preference if established and sent to me.
c. Best Available OVR at a random position.

3) Once all Free Agents have been drafted, you have until the end of Week 1 to pick up ONLY your player(s).
a. In the event you will be absent during Week 1, you MUST set yourself to auto-pilot and text me accordingly.  Your pick(s) will be held for only 1 additional “week.”

4) In Week 2, ALL Free Agents “selected” and not claimed are fair-game.

Guidelines:
1) Send me a text message during Preseason 1-4 with several players you would like to select.
2) Notify me of absence or lack of availability.
3) If you are unsure of a selection and wish to keep the board moving, pass.
4) If you switched teams or joined mid-season, send me a text of when this occurred.
a. I will only adjust the Round 2 pick in your favor if I can verify that your W-L record is reflective of such.

Violations/Punishment:

Pending severity, one or more of the following strikes may be engaged:

1) Player forfeit and one week suspension.
a. Those you picked up are to be immediately released and never returned to your roster.
2) The “Hoyer” Rule
a. You will pick up QB Brian Hoyer and play him for all snaps in the next game.  Once the week has ended, he is to be released.  I am NOT kidding about this.
3) Banned from FA for remainder of season with the exception player injury at a specific position.
a. For example, if a ROLB is injured, you may pick up a ROLB.

This proposal is subject to change.  I am welcome any and all feedback.

MLB Jamari Lattimore 70 OVR (Gives me a backup MLB)
LG Will Johnson 59 OVR (Gives me a backup LG) - Rookie
K Nate Freese 49 OVR (Gives me a kicker since I didnt have one)
