Reason: Steven really been bugging me about this WR Golden.. He has 99 confidence and got a lot of XP for making the Pro Bowl for KR/PR.. We used all that XP on route running and catching. He is still a project but he has some good ratings to build on. His attributes are still very cheap so if he put time into him he would build a really good WR.
