Bengals are looking to get rid of picks that they don't need this year, also by adding Aaron Donald it will make up for the loss of Geno Atkins. The diablos are looking to gain as many draft picks as possible so they can fill their roster up. They will not be able to resign Aaron so trading him is better than losing him to FA.

MXC has not been responsible with their AMX card and can not afford the luxury of Donald's potential exit with nothing in return.  To help balance the ledger and acquire financial stability for the next four years we feel we have made a decisive stratagem that one day will be etched in Diablos history.

BREAKDOWN
The 1st via NO is far enough down not to be too much to absorb (19) contract value wise.
MXC has no 2nd Rd pick of their own allowing the via MIA 2nd Rd pick to fill that void.
DT Donald Baker brings a confident winning attitude & although not nearly at Donald's level he does have game.
With a QB, K & P also on the must have list we feel we can fill those slots with the incoming late round selections.
