NEW Owners will not be allowed to come in, make trades then leave the league. Owners must PROVE that they will be an active participant to the league in order to make trades. You have 10 weeks before the Trade deadline to prove yourself. Typically takes 2-3 Weeks.The Following owners have the go ahead to execute trades.
