Easily the best SS in DD currently. The only player comparable at this position would be Tulo. Banks has a very solid bat with 88 power and 87 power which you normally wouldnt find at the SS position. Also is a very solid fielder and has pretty reasonable speed. It would be worth it to do the Cubs collection because you get this stud plus Lester, Rizzo, Arrieta, Bryant, Castro, etc.
