Hines is already 88 overall, and still has a long term deal in place to where he is secured for the rest of the cycle.

Hines is currently star development and if he hits a breakout game he will already have a superstar ability unlocked.

He is also only two overall away from a second ability if he does hit superstar dev.

Being later in the cycle where draft picks don't mean as much, this is a fair trade for both teams.
