Colts feel they are close to making another championship run, but they want to build up a great offense to do so, they feel the receiving core was lacking.

Raiders Reasoning:

Despite Cooper being high in overall, he really doesn't fit the offense. He hasn't broken 1,000 yards in three seasons, and their defense was below average.

The raiders play a zone defense, and with Barns excellent Zone coverage already, and another year of development, by playoff time he should be an Elite CB.

Plus the raiders will be able to add an immediate difference maker in the 1st round
