Pick Artist Defenders with this ability have higher chance to catch uncontested interceptions, and they have unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle).

Lumberjack Defenders with this ability do not allow broken tackles and cause more fumbles when cut-sticking ballcarriers.

Mid Zone KO Defenders with this ability force more catch knockouts and react quicker in any mid-field zone coverage, less than 20 yards from the LoS inside the numbers and 10-20 outside.
